The mission of the Cosmopolitan Baptist Church Dance Ministry is to proclaim the message of Jesus Christ and to exalt His name with the highest praise—all through movement and dance.  Psalms 149:3 says, “Let them praise His name in the dance…”  The praise dancers have a determination to serve Christ and to use their “gifts” of dance to promote messages of healing, love, unity, and most of all, God’s grace and mercy!

 

The praise dance ministry is a beautiful collaboration of women (and, sometimes men!), and each praise dancer has a heart of love for the Lord.  Collectively, the church is blessed with 42 gifted dancers.
