Your prayers and financial support, through God's grace, will make it possible for us to effectively minister to the needs of our surrounding community and the ever-changing needs of the members of Cosmopolitan. Our vision of a new church campus will feature a state-of-the-art worship center, adequate classroom space for our children, and an affordable child care center. It will also provide amenities to better service people with special needs, office space conducive to church staff, and a health and human services department outfitted with qualified clinical counselors. While we have many small, but significant, victories to celebrate concerning the progress made toward the construction of our edifice, unfortunately, we did not meet our targeted ground-breaking date of April 2007. 2 Peter 3:9 says, "God is not slow about keeping His promise as some people may think." NLT. I am confident that God is faithful and will ultimate bring His vision into fruition through your fervent prayers, monthly contributions of $66.12, and free-will offerings. "He is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all what we ask or think according to the power that works in us." Ephesians 3:20. Your loving kindness and generosity will be the catalyst God uses for Cosmopolitan Baptist Church to impact lives for time here on earth and eternity.
